Joan Endicott is President of Endicott Training & Consulting. As an internationally known professional speaker, author and life coach she helps individuals and organizations grow their teams, increase morale and productivity. Her audiences include all ages and venues: ranging from underprivileged children, sports teams (ie.Rose Festival Hockey Champions & BSU Bronco’s Football team / Coaches) to corporate CEO’s. Regardless of age or venue, audiences appreciate her authentic, energetic and humorous style and come away with a renewed perspective on life. Her bi-weekly business column is featured in the Press Tribune and various other publications. She’s also hosted her own weekly radio show and is a regular contributor on Television business segments.

Joan and her husband, (best friend and partner) Mark have been married since 1980 and were presented with the Treasure Valley Marriage Ambassadors Award for 2008 by the Healthy Families Network. They have 3 children who they consider their highest priority.

One of her recent projects involves being one of the co-authors with Ken Blanchard, Brian Tracy and Stephen Covey, in the book series "Discover Your Inner Strength."

  • The biggest fish she’s caught was a 29 inch steelhead.
  • In her role as Mrs. Idaho in 1994, she promoted healthy marriage and family relationships, with a special connection to children and teens – which continues to be one of her passions today.
  • Three years ago she played an entire season of Women’s Ice Hockey, which resulted in shoulder surgery 2 years ago, as a result she no longer plays Ice Hockey.
