recognizing the power of communication in shaping our world.
It is presented to an individual who has demonstrated
outstanding communication skills and devotion in serving
others using those skills and their expertise.
Call for nomination is announced at least three months before
the award is presented. Three judges pick one recipient and
recommend special recognition for other nominees.
